Allow me to introduce myself. I am Rebecca Jax, the creator of Jax Energetics, Jax Healing Retreat. Welcome to my digital corner of the world.
UNEARTH MY STORY BELOW
I have lived first-hand and walked this path straight through hell and into the light, which I guide others towards. The inner light we all hold.
It is the grace that saved my life upon my brother's passing by suicide in 2018. I have witnessed and embodied the beauty of doing the deep inner work and how the ripples of change continue to spread worldwide to the lives of others who need it. Your light spreads light; your healing affects the greater whole.
It is as clear as day to me to what degree things need to change in our crazy 21st century and how many of us need to heal. We have become disconnected from ourselves, the planet, our soul and our higher selves. This disconnection has created toxicity throughout the west, manifested in many forms, especially ill mental and emotional health.
I have learnt enough for a lifetime in the years since his passing, and what has brought Jax Healing Retreat to life today is the commitment, dedication and devotion to mind, body and soul healing.

MY JOURNEY
SELF-DISCOVERY THROUGH LOSS
My healing journey through grief and the trauma of suicide loss has put me in a spin. I have been awe-struck repeatedly at the miraculous experiences and outcomes mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally. It would be impossible for me to do anything else with my life besides this.
The beauty we can cultivate through our suffering is immeasurable; the lessons, the purpose, the treasures of the universe, the breadcrumbs and guidance from spirit, and the opening of our energy pathways and channels leave us connecting to the world in an entirely different way.
Holistic and Energy Healing have been suppressed, denied and ignored by the mainstream. We see the profit of people climbing and becoming even more disconnected from themselves and sick.
There is work to be done. And this is my energy. It is etched into my DNA to invest my time and energy into those ready to go deep, create ripples of change, forge a new path, break old patterns, and create a better world. This is who I am, I am dedicated, and I have a vision and excitement for where this work leads us.

I want to take a moment to hold you. Everything you have been through, all of the heartbreak, loss, anger, shame, and guilt can disapate. Through life we will experience hard moments, all that shape us and in most cases lead to growth. Whilst we sit in these hard spaces, in the parts of us we have buried or kept unseen, we begin to shift our energy systems, we begin to revive our lives. Slowly but surely we come home to ourselves, and in doing so, we come back home to earth - at one with all things, nature, people and places. Whatever you are dealing with right this moment, I want you to know how seen, loved and understood in this space. The only way to heal is through, and there is always a door open for you here. I am you. I am here. We are one.
